Smt. Susheelaben Arvindbhai Mafatlal Higher Secondary School

Shri Sadguru Seva Samiti was established in the year 1997 to provide Quality Education to the poor and underprivileged children residing near Sadguru Nagar through the school named VIDHYA MANDIR HIGH SCHOOL. Since its establishment with classes up to 3^rd standard, the school today is providing the education up to higher secondary level (10+2). The number of student enrolled is increasing every year as a result of quality education provided at Sadguru Nagar. The school aims at the total development of the children and hence apart from regular studies, essential physical and cultural activities such as inter school sports competition, mehndi and rangoli competition for girls and scout activities to build the personality of the children are also organized at Vidhya Mandir Higher Secondary School from time to time.  New building for Primary and Secondary Schools was inaugurated in the year 2010. Since then the primary school is named as “Shri Padmanabhbhai Arvindbhai Mafatlal Primary School” and the higher secondary as “Smt. Susheelaben Arvindbhai Mafatlal Higher Secondary School”.

Future Goals 

Ø       To expand and upgrade the library, science laboratory and the sports ground;

Ø       To develop a full-time computer department which will impart computer educations for all classes and provide computerization support to the school administration;

Ø       Develop refresher training course and exposure visits for the teachers;

Ø       Arrange inspection visits of external education faculty in the school.

Sadguru Institute of Computer Education

         Sadguru Institute of Computer Education has been introduced in the year 2010 to provide low cost basic computer education to the children from rural and poor families. At present the Institute is offering basic courses such as MS Office; Tally etc. to the children.
