Glaucoma Day would be celebrated on 12^th March 2010 & Glaucoma week during 7-13^th March in SNC, Vision Centers and Outreach Camps:

1. Awareness program for Vision Technician, Counselor & Paramedics – 5^th March

2. Glaucoma screening in outreach camps during 7-13^th March

3. Glaucoma screening in Vision Center Outreach Camps during 7-13^th March

4. Tele-ophthalmology van to conduct 3 outreach camps during 7-13^th March

5. Vision Centre Screening – 12^th March

6. Referral management - All patients treated & operated during Glaucoma Week to be called to SNC for follow-up. Respective Vision Technician would ensure transportation of Glaucoma patients for surgery & follow-up. Direct-walk in patients would be paid Rs.100 for follow-up visit.

7. All BPL Patients Identity during this week for investigation Surgeries will be given free services. 

8. CME – Paramedics, local practitioners and ophthalmologists- on 12^th March

9. Play for awareness – Paramedical Training Center

10. Ophthalmic Assistant & Counselor – To be posted at reception during glaucoma week
